Senfin Growth Fund
The objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in a well-diversified portfolio of equity securities listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Portfolio Characteristics
The aim of the Fund Manager is to build a portfolio that will deliver value-added performance over the long term. As such, the investment strategy will be to select well-managed companies with long- term growth potential. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets over time in equity securities assuming a level of risk required in equity investing. The Fund Manager will minimize this risk by adopting tactical asset allocation strategies and invest in fixed income securities subject to the guidelines stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, thereby continuing to earn income for the Fund whilst being liquid for future investment opportunities that may arise in the equity market.
