The aim of the Fund Manager is to provide current income by way of semi-annual dividends and to provide liquidity to unit holders. Accordingly, the Fund Manager will invest Fund assets in a portfolio of well diversified, low-risk bank Mudharabah/ Wakaalah and other Shariah compliant income based securities. iCapital Limited acts as the Shariah technical advisor to the fund and the Shariah Council of iCapital Limited ensures that all investments are compliant with Shariah laws.
